1. Bookings

Tours can be booked via our contact form, email, or phone.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
Group bookings (10+ people) should be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email.

2. Payment

Standard tour price is £6 per person unless otherwise stated.
Children under 5 join free. Children aged 5-12 receive a discounted rate.
Payment is made on the day of the tour (cash or card accepted).
Private and group tours may require a deposit — this will be communicated at booking.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled tour.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather conditions. In such cases, full refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
No-shows without prior notification will not be refunded.

4. Tour Participation

Tours involve walking on historic surfaces, including cobblestones and uneven paths. Participants should wear appropriate footwear.
Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest's behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Accessibility

Many parts of our tours are wheelchair accessible, including sections of the city walls. Some historical areas have cobblestones or steps. Please contact us before booking to discuss specific accessibility needs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and tour materials, is the property of Veritas Tours and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

Veritas Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during tours, except where caused by our negligence. Participants take part at their own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
